For apartments in the VivaCity complex, there are parking spaces available in the underground car park. It can be used by our guests free of charge or for an additional fee, depending on preference and availability.
For the apartments in the Riviera complex, there is both underground parking and the possibility to park on the street in front of the complex. Underground parking can be used for free or for a fee, while on-street parking may also be available depending on spaces and rates set by local authorities.
Regarding the Royal Grand Suite in the city center, although we do not have a dedicated parking lot, there is the City Hall parking lot located on Motilor Street 1, which is located nearby. This may be a suitable option for our guests booking this apartment.
Yes, access to the elevator is smooth, without steps, thus providing accessibility facilities for people with disabilities.
You can check in at any time after 13:00. Regarding check-out, it is allowed anytime before 11:00. For late check-out, we recommend that you contact us by phone to discuss according to the degree of occupancy of that day.
